It contains two types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. The insoluble fiber provides bulk and can therefore ensure regular and better bowel movements. The soluble fiber absorbs water, toxins and waste and can improve the absorption of nutrients.
If you feel bloated, constipated, or suffer from the opposite, take some psyllium husk powder to relieve your stomach.
The average recommended dosage for psyllium fiber is 5g in 200ml of fruit or vegetable juice before meals. You can take a dose twice a day. In addition, sufficient water should be drunk.
